Match report Bengeo recorded their first win of 2015 with a comfortable victory away at Farnham. Batting first Bcc made 183 ao after 41 overs. Baker 23, Norris 29, Potter 41 and Green 38 with fireworks at the death. Run outs, stumpings and generous umpiring saw Bcc fall short of 200 again. At 170/6 with 10 overseas left, 225 was a target.
After tea Bcc opened with Norris and Bateman, Bateman bowled through and Norris took an early scalp, the visitors going at 4 an over through 15. This bought Guy into the attack and he produced a fine spell of bowling, suffocating the visitors and taking 5 wickets for 14 runs, match winning spell!!! Ruskin and Potter mopping up the tail. A good win at a beautiful ground.
